We arrange property viewings, either in person or remotely. You’re welcome to attend in person, accompanied by one of our team members. If you’re unable to attend, a team member will view the property on your behalf, ensuring it meets your expectations and provide you with detailed feedback.

Yes! As long as you have your University Enrollment Letter and a Financial Guarantor you can rent as a student. For renting in London; you also need to have your UKVI Share Code and BRP code. We are here to help you strengthen your profile as a student and find your dream home.

In The Netherlands, it's not required but given the high demand in rentals; it's important being able to offer 3-6 months rent payment upfront in order to strengthen your profile as a prospect tenant.
In the UK if you are a student or a person that does not have rental income then you would to make a minimum of 6 month advance rental payment.

Our team will be arranging the date & time of your key handover. An inspection report will be made by the agent; consisting of photos showing the condition of the apartment at the beginning of the tenancy.
