On average, we recommend allowing up to two months to find a suitable apartment, as timelines depend on your preferences and expectations. However, many of our clients move into their new homes within one month of starting the process with us.

At the beginning of our process, we provide you with a tailored list of documents based on your profile. Preparing these in advance ensures we can submit your offer quickly when the right apartment becomes available.

Yes, renting as a student is possible. In most cases, you will need to provide your University Enrollment Letter and have a financial guarantor.
For rentals in London, you will also need to provide your UKVI share code and Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). With the Renters Right Act coming into effect as of May 2026, students will need a guarantor with a UK based income or through a Rent Guarantor company.

Our in-house lawyer ensures that everything related to your selected service complies with applicable laws. This includes reviewing rental agreements and advising on any necessary revisions.

The key handover is arranged based on your availability and the agreed start date of your tenancy.
During the handover, the letting agent prepares an inspection (check-in) report, which includes photos and notes documenting the condition of the apartment at the start of the tenancy.
You will typically have 14 days from the tenancy start date (unless stated otherwise in the contract) to review the report and notify the agent of any additional findings.

No. In addition to properties listed online, we also provide access to off-market rental opportunities that match your preferences.

In Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the maximum deposit is typically two months’ rent, while in London it is five weeks’ rent.
